Following 12 years of extensive International growth and expansion from its home in Sydney Australia, the Zoggs Group of companies has been acquired by The Kendal Group.
The Kendal Group set up by Daniel and Leo Gestetner has been established
as a vehicle to build a portfolio of International Sports and Leisure
Brands. Zoggs is the first acquisition for the Kendal Group and will
provide the platform from which to acquire 3-5 companies.
“The Sports & Leisure Brands market is a very exciting space and Zoggs provides us with a well established brand from which we plan to build a group of International brands” Daniel Gestetner.
From an operational standpoint at Zoggs nothing will change, in fact it is business as usual. The Executive Management team at Zoggs Ltd. will remain exactly the same as it is – Mark Hammersley as CEO, David Hill as Finance Director, Neil McConnochie as Brand and Product Development Director; Colin Rickwood as International Business Development Director and Steve Francia as Managing Director of Zoggs Australia Pty Ltd.
Co-founder of Zoggs, Graham McConnochie will remain a part of the business as will Crawford Graham offering their knowledge and experience as Consultants in specific areas of the business.
